JLL Thailand moves into new home at The PARQ

JLL has recently moved into its new home at The PARQ, a brand-new, prime-Grade mixed-used development by TCC Assets and Frasers Property.

The 1,450-sqm office is a human-centric workplace where the firm’s employees can feel comfortable, valued and empowered to achieve their ambitions by being the best version of themselves each day.

Leased, designed, built and now managed by JLL, the new office showcases how JLL is pioneering the new way of working in Thailand and how the firm can work as One JLL to help clients on their journey to create their own version of the future of work.

JLL’s new workplace is aimed be one of the first LEED and WELL Gold accredited offices in Thailand, reflecting the firm’s focus on sustainability that contributes to a better world. Managed by JLL, The PARQ itself is the first mixed-use development in Thailand that has achieved both LEED Gold Version 4 certification and WELL pre-certification.
