JLL renews its employee giving programme with Phaya Thai Babies’ Home

The firm donates fire safety equipment while its employees raise fund to support the orphanage’s operations

August 03, 2021

JLL and its employees has recently made a charitable contribution to Phaya Thai Babies’ Home at Pakret, Nonthaburi. The firm provided 29 fire extinguishers and 20 batteries for emergency lights as needed by the orphanage while its employees raised fund to support the non-profit organization’s day-to-day operations.

This is the fourth consecutive year that JLL has renewed its employee giving programme with Phaya Thai Babies’ Home.

In previous years the programme also included voluntary activity. In 2020 over 50 of employees from JLL provided lunch for children and facilities maintenance and improvement services at the babies’ home, in addition to the donation of needed items and cash.

Whilst the pandemic has made it more challenging, both physically and financially, for companies to give back to the community, JLL continues to adhere to its commitment to building a better tomorrow as reflected by the firm continued sustainability efforts.

Phaya Thai Babies’ Home at Pakret has over 200 unfortunate kids aged less than one to six years under care. Visit https://phayathaibabieshome.dcy.go.th to find out how to support the orphanage.
