JLL named Thailand’s best commercial property consultant and real estate agent at International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2019
The firm has also been nominated to compete against winners from other regions at the International level
At the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2019, recently held in Bangkok, JLL Thailand was named the five-star winners in the Best Commercial Property Consultancy and Best Commercial Real Estate Agency categories, and an award winner for Property Consultancy.

JLL Thailand is also among the highest scoring five-star winners in the two respective categories from Asia Pacific that have been nominated to compete against other five-star winners from all other regions at the International Property Awards that will identify the ultimate World's Best in each category
The recognitions in both the consultancy and agency categories reaffirmed the leading position in Thailand of JLL, the country's largest international integrated property services firm with a workforce of 1,600 professionals and a portfolio of over five million square metres of property and facilities managed.
Prior to this, JLL was named Thailand's Best Property Management Brands for the third consecutive year by Global Brands Magazine 2019. In Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2018, the firm were recognised as Thailand's number one overall real estate advisor for the eighth consecutive year, and also won top votes for Agency/Letting, Research and Valuation in the same survey.

Apart from Thailand, JLL also achieved notable success at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019, with Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, India and Indonesia winning Best Property Consultancy in the prestigious five-star categories. Australia and China bagged five-star awards in Best Property Consultancy Website.
