The win follows a competitive pitch with international and local property management providers.

JLL has been reappointed as the property manager for Energy Complex, the largest office complex on Vibhavadee-Rangsit Road. The reappointment represents the fourth consecutive contract renewal that JLL has won since the firm was appointed to provide the full scope of property management the complex in 2012.

“The renewal is very important to JLL, not only because of the scale of the property,” says Dexter Norville, Co-Head of Property and Asset Management at JLL. “Our win reflects the highest level of satisfaction of the property owner, Energy Complex Limited, with the quality of service that our team has delivered at Energy Complex for nearly a decade,” he explains.

Adding to Mr. Norville’s statement, Chakrapan Pawangkarat, the other Co-Head of Property and Asset Management at JLL, says “The contract renewal did not happen by default. It followed a competitive pitch in which a number of international and local property management providers had participated.”
