How we implement our program
The global sustainability strategy is set by the Global Sustainability team with extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the Global Executive Board, Corporate ESG Board, Global Sustainability and Implementation leads, regional and country resources, and business line/function teams. Ultimate responsibility for sustainability rests with Christian Ulbrich, CEO and President, JLL.
The governance structure is designed to align with our global business, meaning that the focus is on delivering action through our business lines and corporate functions, and supplemented by geographic markets. This approach not only serves to ensure that we are making progress against our targets as efficiently as possible, but it also moves us closer to fully embedding sustainability into the ways we operate.
