First prime Grade A office development project launched on Thonglor

T-ONE by Ichitan Group’s real estate arm to open in 2018


Ichitan Group's real estate arm, Tan Eng Asset Co., Ltd, announced the launch of its first office development project, T-ONE. Scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2018, the 34-storey development is set to become the first prime Grade A office building on Thonglor, one of Bangkok's most vibrant prime commercial and residential areas, according JLL, the sole leasing agent for the project.

 

Ms. Varisa Passakornnatee, Managing Director of Tan Eng Asset and a daughter of Mr. Tan Passakornnatee, Chief Executive Officer of Ichitan Group PCL, says "The T-ONE project is situated on land that our family left unexploited for a long time until we realized that now is the right time to do something with it. Therefore, we decided to develop the area as a grade A office building on this land plot that occupies a prime location in the Thonglor area."

 

T-ONE stands out with its cutting-edge architecture under the concept, THE NEW AGE OF ELITE TERRITORY CBD OFFICE BUILDING, taking modernity to another level where modern companies and business entrepreneurs can freely create a non-traditional workspace for their employees of a new generation and reflects their values in modernity, trendiness, and work-life balance.

 

Designed by Palmer and Turner, the 43,700-sqm building features a unique twisting structure with pieces of blue and golden glass that form the façade, giving a crystal-like effect when reflecting the sunlight. The twisting shape also allows for different looks of the building when viewed from different directions.

"Upon completion, the project will also offer a direct link with the Thonglor BTS station and high quality facilities including a modern automated parking system. All of these features will meet the needs of our target tenants," Ms. Varisa adds.

Prior completion in the third quarter of 2018, T-ONE has already been 40% pre-committed, and is offering a pre-completion rental rate at THB 950 per square metre per month.

 

JLL has been appointed as the sole leasing agent and will also manage the property upon completion.
