JLL Celebrates 25 Years in Thailand

Commitment to enhancing scope and quality of services for clients makes JLL one of the most successful operations in Thailand

International real estate services firm JLL has recently celebrated its 25th anniversary in Thailand. Presided over by Mom Rajawongse Sukhumbhand Paribatra, Governor of Bangkok, the celebration was attended by nearly 400 guests including top executives of Thailand’s leading property development and investment companies as well as local and international corporations from different business sectors that JLL has served in Thailand.

Mrs. Suphin Mechuchep, Managing Director of JLL, said: “It is 25 years since we opened in Thailand. In that time we have seen many changes. But our commitment to improving our scope and quality of services for clients never changes. This commitment enables us to keep up with changing requirements of the dynamic real estate market. It has also helps us gain trusts from clients and makes JLL a successful organisation.

Today, JLL is the largest international property services firm in Thailand, with more than 1,400 employees, three offices in Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya, and a portfolio of over five million square meters of property and corporate facilities managed.
The firm is also the most recognized property services firm in the kingdom, being voted Thailand’s number one overall real estate advisor for the fifth consecutive year in Euromoney Real Estate Survey 2015 and also winning top votes for Agency/Letting, Research and Valuation in the same survey.
