Jones Lang LaSalle Named as Sole Leasing Agent for Chartered Square Office Building

Bangkok, 10 June 2010 - Chartered Square Holding Ltd has recently appointed Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) Ltd as the sole leasing agent for Chartered Square Building, a prime office development on Sathorn Road.
Located at a corner of the North Sathorn-Surasak Intersection, Chartered Square Building features a total lettable area of 33,500 sqm spread over 33 floors. Flexible floor plans are accommodated in unit sizes from 21 sqm to 1,375 sqm.
Its strategic business location within a walking distance to the BTS Surasak Station, with an easy access to the second-stage expressway, Taksin Bridge and Silom Road, makes Chartered Square a preferred business address.

Last year, Chartered Square Holding Co., Ltd., spent more than THB50 million on renovating Chartered Square Building and upgrading the building’s common facilities.  Over 80% occupied, the building provides home for many leading local and international companies.

According to Jones Lang LaSalle’s research, rentals of Grade A office space in Bangkok’s CBD vary from building to building while the average rental rate is standing at THB638 per sqm per month.
